**Measuring Your Artwork**
To frame your artwork, we need the width and height in inches. Flatten your artwork and provide the dimensions in inches to the nearest decimal or fraction.
Example: If your artwork measures 15” wide by 20” high, please specify it as 15” x 20”.
**What is the largest size you frame?**
We offer online framing for artwork up to 40” x 40”. For larger pieces, visit Frameito in Hyderabad, where we’ve framed works over 20 feet in size!
**What is the quality of your frames?**
Our frames are made from the finest materials sourced personally by our expert frame makers at Frameito.
**Mouldings:** We use 100% Polystyrene mouldings.
**Matboards:** We use only conservation-grade mats, which are 100% acid-free and lignin-free, approved by the Professional Picture Framers Association (USA) and the Fine Art Trade Guild (UK).
**Where do you ship?**
We currently ship across India.
**Do I have to pay for shipping?**
Shipping is free for orders over ₹2000. For orders below ₹2000, a basic shipping fee of ₹150 applies.
**How long will it take to ship my frame?**
Every frame is custom-made and shipped from our Frameito factory in Hyderabad. We typically ship within 48-72 business hours. If there is a delay, our team will contact you.
**Can you expedite my order?**
Yes, we offer air shipping. Contact us for express shipping rates.
**What is your 7-Day Replacement Guarantee?**
Inspect your frame upon delivery. If damaged, send a photo or video to support@frameito.com with your order number. We will arrange a replacement promptly.
We have a 7-Day Replacement Policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a replacement.
To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be damaged when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a replacement, you can contact us at info@frameito. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a replacement will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
**Do you offer refunds?**
Since every frame is custom-made, we do not offer refunds.
**What types of artwork do you frame?**
We frame prints, posters, paintings, photographs, or drawings on paper. For objects or other items, visit Frameito in Hyderabad.
**How do I ship my painting or poster to you for framing?**
Enter the artwork dimensions, upload a photo (optional), choose a frame, and check out. Ship your painting or poster to us, and we’ll frame it as specified.
**Do you print?**
Yes, we offer printing services using Epson and Canon Fine Art Printers
**What paper options do you offer?**
We print on two types of paper:
- **Archival Matte Paper:** 240 GSM textured paper with a non-glare finish, ideal for black-and-white photos.
- **Premium Matte Canvas Paper:** 400 GSM polycotton canvas that is varnished and treated after printing.
**Do I need high-quality images for printing?**
Yes, your image should be at least 300 dpi at the intended print size. A higher resolution is better for optimal results.
